Roads
The existing, but new arterial road system of WingHaven® Boulevard, Phoenix Parkway and Red Hawk were funded and built under a unique public-private partnership with the City of O’Fallon. Today they connect Highway 40/61 to Highway 70 over the newly created Bryan Road extension, thus forming a new cross country outer road system which will also be home to the new Bryan Road/WingHaven® overpass on the Page Avenue extension. When opened, the Page extension will provide for only a 20 minute commute to Lambert International Airport.

Duct Bank System for Telecommunication
WingHaven®’s existing communication infrastructure includes end-to-end digital networks, bandwidth-on-demand and broadband environment, fiber-optic cable access, high-speed data transfer, internet access, video conferencing and telecommunications with speeds up to 155 Mbs. The fiber is in concrete-encased duct banks to lessen interuptions and to facilitate future system upgrades. The WingHaven® communication duct bank is home to fiber from Verizon, Southwestern Bell Telephone and AT&T.

Utilities
The sight is serviced by Ameren/UE from three separate substations, Public Water District #2 and by Duckett Creek Sanitary District.

Storm Sewer
Due to the foresight of the WingHaven® Development Team and the Public Works Department of the City of O’Fallon, the storm water detention and retention of all the McEagle Properties and McBride & Son developments have sites that provide storm detention & retention in the large lakes on the WingHaven® Country Club grounds.
