A total of 250,000 square feet of retail is found throughout WingHaven® and includes the following:

Boardwalk Market Place binds the community with its pedestrian-oriented assembly of shops reminiscent of small town America. Included is an old time grocery store (Dave’s on the Boardwalk), a storied St. Louis neighborhood eatery (Seamus McDanials) and ice cream store, a pizza restaurant and a municipal library.

Lakeside Shoppes are conveniently located near the entrance of WingHaven® by highway 40/61. There are two phases of Lakeside Shoppes. Phase I includes the following: Boulevard Bistro, Daydreamers Salon, Curves for Women, Lakeside Dental, Subway, The White Hare and Outback Steakhouse, Fancy Nails, Animal Docs, Yuppy Puppy, The Tan Company, and Animal Crackers.

Phase III "The Center of the Lakeside Shoppes" is complete has space available as small as 1289 SF and as large as 8500 SF. This building will also have a walking path connecting the MasterCard.

Caledonia is a $40 million dollar ‘lifestyle’ shopping center. Approximately 35 acres, this development will be anchored by a 14-screen cinema (Great Escape) and surrounded by complimentary retail stores.

The Shoppes at WingHaven® is designed to be an integral part of the vignette of buildings along Technology Drive near the intersection of WingHaven Boulevard (Highway DD). This center has frontage along Highway 40 and Technology Drive.
